Janice and I got married in Hunlock Creek, PA on a beautiful summer’s day with *almost* perfect weather. Guests came from 20 states, some camping at the farm. A few dozen family members and our friend and (now famous) photographer came the day before for a rehearsal dinner: steaks my dad grilled. The outdoor ceremony went on without a “hitch”, and some noticed a feather lightly settling from the sky, perhaps a symbol from Richard Bach or Forest Gump. The catered buffet was set up and people had their seats under the 100′ x 60′ tarp when the downpour began. Despite there being a tornado in the area and some big pools of water over people’s heads, no people or food suffered more than a splash of water. Then the stars came out and friends dried off the dance floor for dancing and gorgeous evening. I’ll soon post more video from those two days, but for now, here’s a photo (below) and our first dance – now on YouTube here.
