Here are a few options, although AirBnB and VRBO options are also plentiful.
Note that there are no block / reserved rooms, but there should be plenty of space. Unscripted and other Downtown hotels are slightly more expensive than Hampton, but there are many restaurants and shops within a close walking distance, so no car is needed.

A quarter mile along a gravel road from the Celebration site is a large group campsite reserved and paid for by Tom on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. There is an outhouse, potable water, and ample parking next to plenty of grass for tents. An enclosed fire space is present, and Tom can provide firewood. Showers can be found in Durham… just ask. If you need any camping gear, just ask!

Unscripted Durham (Hyatt)
About 1 mile from Tom’s house. Near (free) city bus which takes 10 minutes to get to Tom’s house. It runs twice and hour and walks on either end are very short.
